Council of Deliberation
The Delaware Council of Deliberation assists in promoting the welfare of the Scottish Rite in Delaware.
The Delaware Council of Deliberation is the state organization for the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction and is comprised of the Deputy, Active Members, Active Members (Emeritus), the respective Valley Secretaries, Treasurers, Past Presiding Officers, Current Elected Officers, 33rd Degree Honorary Members, M.S.A. Award Recipients, and Others.
The DE COD meets annually, rotating between each of the two Valleys.
